One of our favorite activities in the Alps is canyoning. We don wetsuits, harnesses, and helmets, and follow the course of a mountain stream- jumping into pools of water, sliding down natural rock water slides, and rappelling over waterfalls. The water is cold, but everyone has too much fun to care! We do this with professional guides, and with all of the gear and different parts to the route, our brief vocab review before we head out is very helpful, and a great reminder of how much we’ve learned.
