Born and raised in Southern California, Adam grew up in a Dutch/Indonesian family, skateboarding, surfing, and making art. Over the past five years he has traveled extensively throughout Central America, Colombia, Spain and Indonesia, and has built a strong studio practice and exhibition record. He plans to continue his fine art education at The Chelsea College of Art in London this fall. In 2007, Adam taught Drawing and Painting with Putney Foundations in Costa Rica. He taught Art History and Art of Sketch in 2011 with Excel Madrid/Barcelona.
