After completing his undergraduate degree in Spanish education at K-State University, Dallas spent two years in Zamora, Spain as an English Language Assistant, where he gave English and cultural lessons to students in a local Spanish school. During this time, he took advantage of cheap travel options and traveled throughout Europe and Spain. Dallas then decided to move back to Kansas to teach high school Spanish and led a small group of students and their parents on a week-long trip to Spain. After teaching for two years and dreadfully missing Spain, he made the decision to move back to Spain once again as a Language Assistant, but this time in Madrid! There he became involved as a local volunteer/liaison for a high school exchange program working with students who came to study in Spain. After teaching there for two years, he decided to follow a new teaching opportunity which took him to Kraków, Poland, where he has resided since August 2020. Dallas has traveled to 24 countries (and counting!) and he has a dog in Poland. He is fluent in Spanish and is struggling to learn Polish, but he is able to get by with what he has learned.
