While at the University of Michigan and Columbia University, MariTi focused on Psychology and Creative Writing. She studied Japanese and went to Japan through the JET program from 2015-2018. She spent time in rural Hokkaido Japan in a town with less than 3,000 inhabitants stationed next to a mountain. During this time she participated in Japanese culture that included Kyuudo, Kendo and Yosakoi. Currently she works as a Ghostwriter and part time Butler hoping to build her resume for Medical School. She speaks English and Japanese. This fall, MariTi will be going on a cruise to the Caribbean.
