While at Dartmouth College, Matthew focused on ancient Greek and Roman history, philosophy, mythology, and archaeology. He has traveled extensively throughout Italy and Greece and has experience on archaeological sites in both countries. He studied in Rome and took a variety of classes speaking only in Italian. Additionally, Matthew is an avid soccer fan. He completed a culminating project exploring the significance of soccer in Italian culture and how Italian soccer fans use games as a means to spread political and cultural messages. Upon graduating from college and supplementing his education with an M.B.A. in finance, Matthew has been working in real estate development, where he assisted in different stages of the development process for nine different apartment complexes. Matthew is a native English speaker, he is proficient in Italian and Spanish, and also has experience with ancient Greek. This fall, Matthew will be starting his first year of law school with hopes to become a transactional attorney.
