During his undergraduate studies at the University of New Hampshire, Brady picked up a camera for the first time and hasn’t put it down since, kicking off his passion for using visual media to tell stories of wildlife and conservation. In addition to his freelance work, he spent a season as an expedition guide and naturalist in Southeast Alaska where he led trips up close and personal with bears, whales, and sea lions, as well as exploring deep into the Alaskan wilderness. His work has been featured in numerous magazines and articles, and was a finalist in numerous categories for Wildlife Photographer of the Year in 2022. In 2023, Brady decided to pursue a master’s degree in applied science communication and natural history filmmaking at the University of Otago, New Zealand. With Dunedin being the wildlife capital of New Zealand, Brady has had the opportunity to film some of the rarest birds and marine mammals in the world. This degree program led him to film and produce multiple short films that have won awards and laurels, and been shown at film festivals across the world. Brady has previously led a middle school program in Alaska.
