Peter has extensive experience teaching in a variety of capacities, including facilitating therapeutic groups for adolescents in crisis, advising international students with leadership development through Model United Nations, and as a psychology instructor at Pioneer Pacific College and Sumner College. He was a leadership department coach at Leadership High School in San Francisco for five years and a founding member of the African Leadership Academy in Johannesburg, South Africa, where he lived and taught for two years. Peter has directed leadership programs in South Africa, Kenya, New York City, and Washington, D.C. He has spent the past 20+ years in the classroom as a high school social studies teacher and currently teaches psychology for 11th and 12th graders in New York City. He has led high school travel programs in Iceland, Italy, Greece, Croatia, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, and Fiji, and community service programs in Rwanda, Ghana, Vietnam, Fiji, and Morocco.
