While in undergrad, Jen majored in Spanish, but took most of her classes from the Political Science and Sociology/Anthropology departments. After graduating, she worked for the Minneapolis Public Schools, at the University of Minnesota, and in Acadia National Park before moving to Malaysia through the Fulbright Program. Jen has led Putney’s Italy & Greece program, as well as the Columbia Climate School program in Chile & Argentina. She also taught at the Harvard Chan C-CHANGE Youth Summit on Climate, Equity, & Health for two summers. Jen is currently in a Ph.D. program focusing on public health and climate change education.
