Juliana Gutierrez G
Going to the Amazon in the tenth grade helped Juliana discover her passion for travel. Inspired by that experience, she then focused her studies in social and innovative design while working in student travel across Colombia, her home country. She lived in Luang Prabang, Laos, for seven years where she worked as program manager, organizing community-based tourism projects for student travel groups from all over the world. Juliana has led student programs for all ages across Central and South America, Asia, and Morocco. Today, she coordinates our programs in Costa Rica, Ecuador, Iceland, Morocco, Thailand, and Vietnam as well as our international outreach efforts. A former ballet and contemporary dancer, she is also passionate about diving and discovering new cultures. In her spare time she enjoys sushi, dancing, a good book, vet shows, arts and crafts, and adventuring around the world.
