While at Cambridge, David focused on researching the mechanisms of protein folding and their implications in Parkinson’s disease. After graduating, David took the opportunity to travel, working as a teacher and private tutor in the UK, Switzerland, Dubai, and Monaco. With his background in both science and education, David is keen on encouraging scientific literacy. He loves working with students of all ages to improve their understanding of scientific concepts, both great and small. Through his company’s community arm, David also works to provide free educational resources to teachers and students alike. David is an accomplished sportsman, playing rugby, cricket, and hockey throughout his time at school and university. His crowning sporting achievement came on the slopes, where he was part of a Cambridge team that reached the national indoor slalom finals and defeated Oxford in the oldest team ski race in the world. David now runs his own online private tutoring and educational consultancy, preparing students around the world for exams, and helping them apply to their dream schools. David is fluent in French.
