Jörg is a tech enthusiast, adventurer, and storyteller. While at Berlin University, he focused on the future of mobility while writing his bachelor’s thesis at a German-Chinese joint venture on a market entry strategy for electric vehicles. After graduation, he spent several months in Asia supporting the construction of a school in the Himalaya, taught as a community teacher in Indonesia, and supported an environmental NGO in the Philippines. While studying in China, Jörg traveled 10,000 kilometers on a foldable bicycle researching the political concept of the Chinese Dream. The work was awarded with an honors degree and appeared on Chinese national television. For the last several years, Jörg worked as a project manager for a German car manufacturer, specifically involved in the area of digitalization and process automation. He is fluent in German and English and proficient in Mandarin. Jörg has led Putney programs to Germany, Sweden, and Iceland, and recently started exploring the African continent.
