A UC Berkeley alumna, MyLia Chambers has a master’s degree in Public Health with a specialization in environmental health. Her background as a global educator includes teaching English in Thailand and China, as well as developing physical education curricula and sports tournaments for schools. As a health and PE specialist, MyLia is dedicated to fostering student growth through movement. She is a native Hmong speaker, conversational in Thai, and has previously led Putney’s Service Thailand program. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, raising chickens, playing volleyball, and snowboarding.
