As an undergraduate, Paul focused on International Relations and European Studies and was fortunate to spend time studying at the Lorenzo de’ Medici Institute in Italy and at Universidad Nacional de Mar del Plata in Argentina. Since then, he has traveled extensively throughout Europe and Latin America and has come to appreciate the importance and value of being introduced to new cultures, perspectives, and experiences. While living in France, Paul taught English at a French secondary school in Capbreton and currently teaches middle school Spanish in Buffalo, New York. He also teaches Italian at the Italian Center of Buffalo. Paul is fluent in Italian, Spanish, and French and has previously led Putney programs in Italy, Greece, Switzerland, France, and the Netherlands.
